O Comitê Científico do Instituto Atena é formado por especialistas comprometidos com a excelência científica e a integridade ética. Sua missão é avaliar, orientar e validar projetos de pesquisa, assegurando a qualidade metodológica e o rigor acadêmico em todas as etapas dos estudos desenvolvidos pelo Instituto.
Graduação em Medicina pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (1988) , residência em clínica média e cardiologia pela UFRN e UFPE respectivamente. Doutorado em Ciências da Saúde pela FMUSP (2005). Pós graduação em pesquisa clínica pela TH Chang Harvard University e em Gestão Empresarial pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Atua como Cardiologista Intervencionista desde 1996 em instituições como a Universidade Federal do RN (HUOL – Hosp Universitário Onofre Lopes) e Hospital Promater (rede UHG- United Health Group). É coordenadora médica no Instituto Atena de pesquisa clínica, onde tem atuado como. investigadora principal em vários grandes ensaios clínicos principalmente na área da cardiologia clínica, intervencionista e mais recentemente em vacinologia. Ainda, também atua como Presidente do Comitê Científico do Instituto Atena. |
